Tutoring with Mrs. Roberts

No matter where you're at in the process of tutoring, you'll find the answer to what you should do or expect next here:

1) To begin, please click on the Student Sign Up page found in page menu. After you have entered the requested information, an email will be sent immediately to Tutoring with Mrs. Roberts

2) When your email is received, we will enter your information into our database. You will then be contacted within 24 hours by email with instructions on how to sign in to our parent/student portal. Be sure to record the password you create. 

3) As soon as you have set up your parent/student portal, you will be able to schedule your own tutoring sessions at your convenience from the calendar section. 

4) When it is time for your child's tutoring session, login to the student/parent portal. You must have zoom downloaded on the device your student will be using before their first lesson.  On your home page, simply click on the lesson under Upcoming Events. Tap the Zoom Meeting link in blue, and I will be available momentarily. Please make sure you have both video and audio enabled. You can sign up for a free zoom account here: https://zoom.us/signup

5) After your child's lesson, you will receive an email with notes from your student's lesson. Don't forget to schedule your next lessons!

6) Sign in to the Student/Parent portal at any time on our homepage to access online billing & payments, self scheduling, and educational resources provided on the website.
